Version 2026-09-1

This page is a draft

It is not published, not indexed by search engines, and must not be relied on. It is here so it can be reviewed.

Still outstanding:

  • awaiting legal approved
  • missing effective date, once the terms are approved (legal)
  • missing name and date of the reviewing lawyer (legal)
  • missing warranty and liability position (legal)
  • missing dispute resolution position, including whether arbitration applies (legal)

Inferred rather than decided, and needing confirmation:

  • assumed "the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein" — ADR-0003 records Flaera as a Montreal company, and this is the standard Canadian formulation; a lawyer should confirm it suits the eventual entity

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Flaera, an unincorporated project at 1 Avenue Kanata, Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada.

What this site is

This site describes Flaera and lets you ask to be told when it opens. Flaera itself is not available yet. Joining early access is not a purchase, and it does not guarantee you a place, a launch date, or that the product will be offered where you live.

Who may join

You must be at least 18 years old to join early access, and you must use an email address you control.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

  • submit an address that is not yours
  • submit automatically, or try to get around the anti-spam check
  • try to gain access to any part of this site that is not public
  • copy the site’s content or branding for your own use

We may remove a registration, or block access, if any of these happen.

What we promise, and what we do not

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Everything written here about Flaera describes what we intend to build. [warranty and liability position — legal]

Ending your registration

You can ask to be removed at any time; the Privacy page explains how. We may end early access for anyone, or close the programme entirely, at any time.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and disputes are handled in the courts of the Province of Quebec. [dispute resolution position, including whether arbitration applies — legal]

Changes to these terms

If these terms change we will update the version and effective date at the top of this page.
